There's something wrong with my PS4 Pro's Ethernet port. I think it's loose. I tried checking other things but it seems to be the port. If i slightly touch the cable to test, i start getting LAN cable disconnected messages. It's really annoying.
If i try to RMA the PS4 Pro, what does Sony usually do? Are they going to repair my PS4 Pro & send it back, or send me a different refurbished unit? I don't really like getting refurbished replacements when i RMA something :/ .
