Question about the Road to Greatness Tour...has anyone received their 25% code for the PS Store?

I was at the Kaaboo Music festival sept 15-17 and the PS Road to Greatness truck was there for the weekend. There was a sign to receive a 25% off code for the PS Store as well as a chance to win a PS4. I was told the code would come in a few days but I haven't received anything yet and I was wondering if anyone else has received their code from this tour at other stops. I chatted with PS Support but 2 different people had no clue what I was talking about unfortunately.
