Sharing of game between 2 different ps4.

Let say mine is ps4-1 and my friend's ps4-2.

If I buy fifa 18 DLC on ps4-1, is there any way that my friend can play fifa 18 without buying the game on his ps4-2?

If yes,

1. Can both players play the game independently?
2. Do both have to download the game on their respective consoles?
3. Any paid subscriptions required? Ex: ps plus etc.
