Since Halloween is next month, what are the best scary/horror games?

I've played very few horror games on PS4. What's the good stuff? I don't necessarily need games with jump scares; games with dark atmosphere interest me more. And it doesn't have to be a co-op game. I'm interested in narrative, too. Is Resident Evil 7 good? Is Friday the 13th good? What games are the closest to P.T.? (I didn't download the demo on time...) Also, what games do you think will be on sale next month? Thank yoU!
