South Park Fractured but Whole release date?

Just wondering when this game actually is actually scheduled to release.....When i look gamestop/online on the computer says it has a October 17, 2017 release date but when i look on psn store on ps4 they list a December 31, 2017 release date?.....did it get pushed back?
