Trying to share Fifa 18 with my brother. (We have different consoles, and different PSNs)

Can anyone give me a step by step instruction on how it's done. I've been searching online and I'm a bit confused.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm going to be buying the game from the PS store on my account.
