Undertale - Better or worse on PS4? (compared to PC)

I've been meaning to get around to Undertale for a while, but from what I've heard of it, I get the impression that it was really meant to be a PC-playing experience. For those who've played it on both platforms, does the PS4 experience match the PC experience?
