Australian PS4 account in Netherlands

I am living in Amsterdam but originally from Australia. I brought my PS4 over with me and obviously have an Aussie account. Should I get a European account and will it make my online gaming better or no different than using my Australian account? Also, will my games still be available if I created a European account profile?
