Constantly Restoring License

I am constantly having to restore my license to be able to watch Netflix and Hulu. No one else uses my account. The PS4 is solely mine. I am the Primary PS4. So why do i have to keep restoring my license to just watch Netflix and Hulu almost every time i get back on?!
