Does the Stick of Truth still come with Fractured Butt Whole?

If you buy the new South Park game a Fractured Butt Whole on thr PS store do you still get the Stick of Truth along with it? Or was it only when you pre ordered it? I tried looking at the PS store to see but didn't see anything about it anymore. Idk if its cus I'm looking on mobile instead of on my physical PS4.
