Forgot PSN Password and Email Password

I know it sounds dumb but i forgot my secondary PSN Password. I tried to reset the password but i also forgot the email password. Currently the account is still active on my ps4 but is there a way to retrieve the password back?

My PSN account is region 3 Indonesia
