Free games with a shared ps plus account?

My ps plus subscription is about to expire, and right now I have other priorities, like paying the rent for the next few months, so, I'm not planning on renewing it any time soon, but my best friend just got a Ps4 , and my cousin who has been an Xbox guy for many years told me that in Xbox you can play all your free games without having an active Xbox live subscription, as long as someone has an active subscription on that console, even if that account never downloaded any free games (i.e. A new account).

So, I was wondering if this is possible with Ps plus, so that my friend can set his account on my ps4 as his primary console and I set mine on his so that we can both play my free games.
