Gran Turismo Sport - Created GT folder on usb stick?

Had a USB thumbstick, USB thunbdrive, USB drive, USB key, Pendrive whatever you call it in my PS4 and noticed that after playing GT sport there was now a new folder named GT on my usb drive I had plugged into my PS4. The folder does not seem to contain any data unless it is encrypted and not able to be seen in other operating systems any body else notice this.
