Has anyone ever gotten no sound on their ps4 pro?

Has anyone had an issue with their ps4 pro's sound not working after starting up from rest mode? I tried to reboot both the TV and the ps4 pro and nothing. The only way that worked was to switch the source from hdmi 2 back to hdmi 1. Prior to that the only thing that I did was making sure my power adapter was inserted correctly as it felt loose. Not sure if me reinserting have anything to do with it as I never encountered this problem before but was curious if anyone encountered any similar issues with the sound not working.
