[HELP] LAN CABLE

I use a wired connection and often it out of the blue just says "LAN cable not connected" this is very frustrating as it connects again in 3 seconds but in games like Fifa once you lose connection for a second your gone. Any advice? It is completely whenever it happens

Edit: Checked all cables they are fine all equipment is up to standard
