Help ps4 keeps on crashing HELLPP

For about two weeks now my ps4 would crash, the send me to a screen that says: cannot start PS4. Connect the DualShock 4 using the USB cable, and then press the PS button.

I installed the latest update, initialized, and rebuilt database. But a few days after it just starts over again.
