The laptop that I am using to play PS Now on only has one USB slot so I can only have one controller wired in at a time but I read that you can connect the other controller via bluetooth. I have done this and my laptop recognised the controller, the light is on and the buttons are mapped but when I launch PS Now it still only recognises the wired controller.
How do I fix this?
