I don't know what to do

So i got my ps4 2 months ago Created an account and found out many games are banned here In my country saudi arabia So i created NA account to play paladins Next i wanted to play the witcher 3 so i looked for a physical copy everywhere in tha country but couldn't find it bcz its banned here and can't pay online bcz student aren't allowed to have bank accounts here and can't ask my parents bcz they'll stop me from playing it bcz it's banned here So I think i won't be able to play the witcher 3 until I start earning my self :/
