I have some questions about the ps4 and it's games, opinions would be appreciated?

Hey so I've gotten three games for pc xenoverse 2, burning blood, and Naruto ninja storm 4(played 70 hrs), and was wondering if 1. The ps4pro is worth it, and 2.If I got one, should I get all of those games on my ps4 too, like is it bigger fan base on that compared to steam, and also thinking of doing fighting tournaments for those games as well, or are they not worth paying for, and just do them on pc?
