Is it possible to simulate a LAN party on PS4 with Battlefield?

I know that the PS4 doesn't support lan but is it possible to have a similar expereince with Battlefield (4, Hardline & 1) on PS4 but having all PS4s on the same wifi network or connecting to the same server?

Any other cool games that this can be done with? Can this be done with all games? Would be really cool to play Bloodborne, Need For Speed, Naruto and Uncharted with friends in the same room.

How exactly would this be done?
