Problems purchasing items on PS store?

Anyone else having problem purchasing something on PS store ? I'm trying to buy the madden 18 G.O.A.T edition but to no avail.

So far I've tried credit card and paypal on PC, PS4 and on mobile. I've also tried deleting my card, and putting it back on PS but nothing works.

Anyone else got problems ?
