PS4 PRO - HDCP 2.2 through an HDMI switcher

I have a 4k monitor, but it does not have HDCP 2.2. If my PS4 were to go through a 4K/HDCP 2.2 compatible HDMI switcher, would it "trick" the PS4 into thinking it is connected to a HDCP 2.2 display?
