PSA: If you're wondering why you can't hear your friends in clips or broadcasts, look no further!

PlayStation Dashboard > Party > Party Settings > Allow your voice to be shared

Surely I wasn't the only one sat there wondering why I couldn't hear friends in clips or broadcasts, but they need to set that setting to 'always allow' in order to hear their voice.
