Requested a refund yesteeday. Haven't received my funds back.

I bought Amazon cards to buy myself a game on my account and some on ny little brothers. Little brother bought a game on my account. I requested a refund. The agent said I can get one. Game said it expired the yesterday october 27th. Still haven't received the funds back.
