Unable to play Diablo 3 with friend using share play

So I recently bought a physical copy of Diablo 3 reaper of souls ( Ultimate evil edition ) region 2 disc. I tried share play with my friend in the same country as I am, yet his PS4 says “Cannot share play because game is not released in the region”. On ps store, Diablo 3 eternal collection and rise of necromancer are available, but reaper of souls is not. But I checked ps prices and reaper of souls was available in my country earlier http://ift.tt/2y81Iri

What can I do to play this game with my friend using share play??

P.S.: Both of us have ps plus and have used it to play other games before successfully.
