what accessories and or exclusives will i need?

I'm considering getting the destiny 2 PS4 pro, and are there any accessories and games ill need? I play mostly PC but theres some exclusives that look very good.

currently looking at uncharted and last of us, then ill get horizon zero dawn when the complete edition comes out. and of course destiny 2.

does the ps4 also come with a plus subscription?
