What do you think i should buy?

I want to buy myself a new game and i can't decide between : Assassin's Creed Origins, South Park Fractured but Whole, Elex, and Fallout 4 + Season Pass i've played fallout 4 on oc before but i really don't know. What do you think i get the most for my money ? Sorry if this is a stupid question.
