Where are you supposed to leave feedback on PS4 OS beta testing?

Almost every time I put a game in rest mode the PS4 crashes/reboots when I go back to turn it on the next day, and it never happened on 4.x. It happened all during the 5.00 beta, and it's still happening in the official release. I couldn't find anywhere online or in the actual console menus for submitting feedback. Does anyone know where to go?
