My internet has up to 75 Mbps for download speed and up to about 10 Mbps. My router is downstairs and my PS4 is up stairs and I usually get about 20-50 Mbps for my download speed and about 1-5 mbps for my upload. When I'm playing games my Nat type is strict and I'm lagging like crazy, why is this happening?
