There was a thunderstorm this morning, and I accidentally turned on my PS4. The power flickered, and now my PS4 wont boot properly. First it comes up that its checking the system storage status, then it says it cannot start the console. It tells me to put in a USB with a system update with a version later than 4.71. When I put in the USB, it says the update cannot be used, and restarts into the same loop. Do I have to buy a new harddrive and have the update on there?
