PS4 unable to download games, error code CE-40862-0

Hey guys, I've been having a problem and I'm wondering if you could help me. For the past week I have been unable to download games, every time I try to download a game I receive the message

An error occurred on the server" (HTTP status code: 416) (CE-40862-0)

and then the game or application will not download. After a a lot of searching I have found people who have the problem and have tried many of the solutions posted but to no avail. So I'm wondering if anyone else has received this error message or know of a way to fix it. Thanks. And yes I have more than enough space

      Dawg I just got this error yesterday I tried rebuilding my database and everything but nothing works :(
