Before I reset my PSN password for the 16th time this year, does anybody know what FORMAT the password is in?

I use a system for my passwords like everybody else, but of course when I want to login on a new browser or PC somewhere, I can't remember if PSN requires passwords to have the current phases of the moon or my blood type or whatever the hell else they've come up with lately. Ugh.
