PayPal emailed me that Sony refunded me £14.99 and now my psn account has been banned

Can anyone explain what just happened? I just got an email from PayPal saying £14.99 has been refunded to your account by Sony Entertainment. The email just says that I need to speak to the seller for the reason why it was refunded which is Sony. I can see I bought something on the 11th of June and out of nowhere it's bounced back to me today

Logged onto my PS4 to find my account has now been banned as a result of this mishap and on sony's website it says that the reason for a ban will be sent to your email which is something I never got!

I have money for Christ sake I never wanted a refund! Lol can anyone help point me in the right direction here? They can take their money back!
