PS4 disconnects within 30 minutes of play time.

It's been happening for a few days now. I play wired so I'm getting the "A LAN cable is not connected" error every day within the first 30 minutes or so of turning my PS4 on. I can reconnect right away but I just find the problem to be strange. I have no idea whether it's the router, cable, or my PS4 (pro). Anyone else experience this??
