Unable to download Life is Strange past Episode 1?

I've looked all over the web trying to find an answer to this, and come up empty handed.

I recently downloaded the Life is Strange season pass through Playstation Plus, and played through Episode One without any issue, but when I went to try and start Episode Two, it prompted me to download it. Fair enough. Episodic games are like that. But when the game takes me to the store, and I hit download on Episode 2, it says "We're sorry, but this product cannot be purchased at this time" along with an error code. This happens with Episodes 3-5 as well, and after an hour of searching online, it seems nobody else is having this specific issue.

My PS+ sub is still active, and I've attempted to download it manually via the web shop as well as the console store. I'm honestly out of ideas, and super bummed out. I was looking forward to continuing this game, but for whatever reason, Sony doesn't seem to want me to.

I definitely have enough space on my hard drive for the game, and I'm totally clueless here. Any help would be super appreciated.
