Was Sony E3 this year a let down?, and it makes me less motivated to buy a PS4 (for now at least)?

I don't game on PS4 but I am wanting to due to the exclusives. I hope that this year E3 might make me go out and buy the PS4 right away but it doesnt' since there are not so many games I want to play announced and no release dates. How long do I have to wait?
