Will the Necromancer pack for Diablo 3 be account locked or shareable like a standard DLC?

Pretty excited for the DLC/update. The problem is that I purchased Diablo 3 on my Primary account but I play all my games using another account. Will the Necromancer pack be a "credits/lootbox style" purchase or a standard DLC that can be shared with all other accounts?
