Does the PS4 support PSN digital copies of PS2 games?

I'm looking to purchase a PS4 but I'm trying to see if it supports games like Marvel vs Capcom 2, Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Okami, etc. I guess what I'm asking is how extensive is the PS4 PS Network game library, if it even does have PS2 games? Is the PS3 better for this?
