My TV is 60Hz and I know that games like Overwatch, AW, Titanfall 2, Rocket League etc run at 60 but I can't "feel" the 60fps. This isn't one of those "I can't see 60fps" posts (hold on, PCMR elitists) I can see 60fps on YouTube and my TV does display said videos in 60fps on my Chromecast. I can also "feel" the 60fps when playing MK8D on the Switch. However, when playing PS4 games I don't see the 60fps. I know someone posted this a few months back but I don't think he got a definitive answer.
