[Help] My brother's Plus account is primary on my PS4, but I still can't play on online with my account.

I can't play online with him anymore ever since my free trial expired. I'm 100% positive this started the problem. We've tried re-activating his account and restarting the console, but no still fix.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
