I turn my PS4 off manually every night when I go to bed, yet when I wake up the PS4 console is on and the disk has been ejected.

This is an interesting issue regarding my PS4 console. I turn it off every night before I go to bed, yet I consistently wake up to the console being on and the disk that was in console just hanging out like it's cool.

Is there any explanation as to why my PS4 will turn on and eject the disk that's in it AFTER I completely shut it down? No one else is in my house, so I'm at a loss as to what it could be and how to fix it besides just unplugging the console at night.
