Is the PS4 Pro DS4 Sold Separately?

This morning my PS4 Pro’s DualShock 4 controllers left analog stick stopped functioning. Long story short, I called PlayStation support and I have to send my DS4 in for service.

I was just curious if this same DS4 available in the PS4 Pro bundle is available separately so I can have a backup in case this happens again.
