Just got back after a week vacation. Turned ps4 on to find dashboard incredibly slow.

The dashboard is lagging like a motherfucker now. When I first turned it on it said ce error. Then it just started lagging constantly.

EDIT: Fixed. It was the wifi. I disconnected and reconnected and it runs better now.
