My Psn account is from México and I want to buy a ps+ card from ebay (NeoGames). Will I have troubles redeeming it?

Hi, this card is about 13 usd cheaper than the actual ps plus option in the store. Has anyone non US resident with an account not from north america bought a ps + card? Could you redeem it without issues? Thanks.
