(Question) Is there a way to format a HDD for PS4 on your PC? My HDD is unsupported because it uses a MINI-USB 2.0 Cable rather than a standard 3.0.

More info: It's a 500gb Western Digital HDD (WDH1U5000E Model Number) and it uses a 2.0 USB I'm pretty sure. Can I format a HDD for PS4 on my PC or am I dead in the water?
