Removing Account Question

Hello!

This might be a dumb question, but I am still asking to be sure. I'm house/dog sitting for a friend and she's letting me use her PS4 while she's gone. When I remove my account from her PS4 will it remove all of my game data? Also, will whatever progress I have made in game be deleted since it wasn't on my PS4?
