Is anyone noticing that the download speeds have been exceptionally slow over the past weekend. I have bought a whole heap of new games in the "Big in Japan" deal and it has taken about 10 hours to download Dragonball Z Xenoverse which is 10gb when last week i downloaded Project Cars which is 25gb in about 4 hours. I have tried all "fixes" on the internet and no luck :/
