Smaller controller for smaller hands?

I play more Overwatch than I'm proud of and I have a hard time playing lately because I've realized most of my problems stem from having the hands of a 10 year old.

Have any of you opted for a smaller controller or know of one that would function well as a normal ps4 remote?
