"The credit card information on file is not valid" but it is??

I've been having this problem when trying to purchase anything for days now. I was able to purchase MLB The Show 17 and pre order NHL 18 just fine but when I try to buy the crash collection, I get this error every time. My credit card info is all correct too because I can use it for every other possible thing to buy from. How do I fix this?
