What tool do I need to open my ps4?

I've just gone to open it to clean it, my fan sounds like a jet engine when I'm playing games and I'm assuming the fan is dusty, but the regular screwdrivers I have won't fit the screw...

Voiding warranty isn't a problem!

Not being sexist but I'm a girl and have no clue what I'm looking for when I'm going to buy one...
